Team building in T❤rkistan

After a three-year break due to the pandemic, in May and June 2022, the HR team of KAZPETROL GROUP organized an offsite corporate event for all employees of the Company.

Our main goal was to unite employees, increase their unity and motivation, as well as to develop corporate culture in the team.

To achieve the above goals, we have chosen the direction – the city of Turkestan. As part of this program, we combined active recreation activities with a cultural program, visiting the most popular architectural monuments of modern and ancient Turkestan.

Our program included:

• - Energizing morning exercises and outdoor team-building games;
• - Boating along the picturesque water channel of the Caravan Saray Hotel;
• - Visiting the ancient mausoleum and underground mosque of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi;
• - Excursion to the Altyn Samruk Flying Theater – a media complex located on the territory of the Caravan Saray complex in Turkestan, which has no analogues in Central Asia.

At the end of the day, the Company's employees enjoyed the theatrical parade of boats "Kyz-Zhibek and Tolegen" – a spectacular show of dance, light and music on the water channel of the Caravan Saray Hotel.

“I liked the trip to Turkestan because, firstly, it is a visit to a very important holy place, and secondly, we are all children at heart. I had no idea that the center of the steppe has its own Venice, I felt as if I was in the fairy tale "1001 Nights". There were many unusual things, from which I personally received vivid impressions and joyful emotions. Before this trip, I saw all this only in photographs and heard from the stories of those who went here, but seeing all this live – this is a completely different feeling.
