She has been included in the prestigious “Top 20 HR Leaders in Oil & Gas 2025” list compiled by Petrocouncil.

Zhanara brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, having worked with international companies such as Chevron Munaigas Inc and Raiffeisen Leasing Intl. Since 2016, she has led our company’s HR strategy, introducing innovative practices in people management.

Her major achievements include:

·         Development and implementation of a grading system;

·         Automation of HR processes;

·         Establishment of a corporate university;

·         Introduction of a comprehensive wellbeing program.

Zhanara is also a member of the Sectoral Council on Professional Qualifications in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries.

This recognition highlights Zhanara’s professionalism and her valuable contribution to both our company and the broader industry.
