Well-deserved recognition for true professionals

As part of our professional holiday, Oil and Gas Workers' Day, our employees were awarded industry awards from the government. These recognitions are the well-deserved result of many years of hard work, dedication to the profession, and high competence.

The following were awarded the "For Contribution to the Development of the Oil and Gas Spgere" medal:

Daulet Batyrzhan Sabyrbekuly, GR Director. For 17 years, he has made a significant contribution to the company's development, establishing himself as a competent, experienced, and respected specialist.

Yermek Alzhanov, Production Director, with eight years of service at the company, is a strategic leader whose management has demonstrated stable and high performance.

Eldar Demesinov, Field Manager, with 11 years of service at the company, is a strategist and professional whose role in production planning and development is difficult to overstate.

Dosym Dauletbaev, a geological engineer with 11 years of experience with the company, is an experienced specialist whose knowledge of the subsurface and geological analysis contributes to the efficient development of fields.

Kazybek Dabysov, Chief Production Engineer with 4 years of experience, despite his relatively short tenure, has proven himself to be a proactive leader with a clear production vision.

Timur Bekbauov, a laboratory technician with 12 years of experience, is a responsible and detail-oriented employee who ensures high-quality laboratory analysis.

Aidos Agabekov, a dispatcher with 13 years of experience, is an indispensable link in production coordination, ensuring all processes run smoothly and on schedule.

Askar Narmakhanov, an oil and gas production operator with 10 years of experience, is one of the most stable and productive operators, always at the forefront.

Akylzhan Yesetov, AIS Operator, has been with the company for 12 years. He is a specialist who ensures data accuracy and digital control at all stages of production.

Asylkhan Yermekbay, OPS Foreman, has been with the company for 15 years. He is an organizer capable of managing complex processes with maximum efficiency.

Awarded the "Honored Worker of the Oil and Gas Industry" badge:

Dastan Soltybekov is a highly skilled professional with strategic thinking and deep expertise in production processes. Over his 14 years with the company, he has distinguished himself as a proactive and reliable leader, capable of implementing impactful initiatives and inspiring his team to achieve outstanding results.

Viktor Fendel, Laboratory Manager, has been with the company for 15 years. He is an impeccable professional whose precision and scientific approach have become the benchmark for quality in laboratory research.

Sergey Kazakov, Process Engineer, has been with the company for 13 years. He is a technically competent and proactive specialist who has repeatedly introduced innovations to production processes.

Askerbek Eleusizov, DKS Operator, has been with the company for 10 years. He is a reliable and responsible operator who ensures the smooth operation of the station.

Mukhanbetzhan Akhanov, a wellhead equipment fitter with 10 years of company experience, is a master of his craft, whose skill and expertise are valued by the entire team.

We are also proud to share the news that on the eve of Republic Day, six Kazpetrol Group LLP employees received letters of gratitude from the Governor of the Kyzylorda Region and the city mayor. These awards recognize their high professionalism, dedication, and significant contribution to the development of the company and the region.
