The Company's Participation in the Implementation of the Gas Project at the Kairkeldy Field
The Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan is implementing a gas project at the Kairkeldy field in the Kyzylorda region. The project is being implemented in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, outlined in his Address to the Nation, and is aimed at strengthening the country's energy security, expanding the resource base, and ensuring sustainable socio-economic development in the regions.
Our company is actively participating in the implementation of this project in accordance with the signed memorandum. This is one of our ambitious and strategically significant projects, requiring substantial investment, a high degree of organizational preparation, and the coordinated work of a large number of specialists.
On December 23, as part of a working visit to the Kyzylorda region, Bekzat Abaiyldanov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC KazMunayGas, visited several facilities in the region. During the visit, he toured the gas flow metering system (GFMS) facilities located at the Nuraly field and our company's rotational camp. The delegation included M.K. Mustafayev, First Deputy General Director of KMG Engineering, Z.K. Kiyakbayev, General Director of KGM Joint Venture, and T.K. Abibullaev, Deputy General Director for Production at KGM Joint Venture.
The guests were greeted by company management representatives: Erzhan Tazabekov, General Director; Ermek Alzhanov, Director of Production; Dastan Zalikhov, Deputy Director of Production for Technical Issues; Eldar Demesinov, Field Manager; and Dastan Soltybekov, Managing Director for Production Initiatives.
During the visit, the participants were provided with detailed information on the project's progress, the installed equipment, and its technical specifications. Particular attention was paid to facility operation and system reliability.
The key issues and challenges the companies encountered during the implementation and operation of the facilities were also discussed. Following the visit, the importance of the measures taken to ensure stable production operations and improve overall efficiency was noted.
The rotational camp, the second site visited, received high praise from the guests. It was noted that the living and working conditions created meet modern requirements and ensure worker comfort and safety.
