Company’s birthday

Creative and intellectual master class for Field Force employees.

The Company's Birthday is one of the favorite holidays of our employees, for which the management prepares sensibly by carefully choosing the format and venue.

This year a creative master class in drawing pictures and an intellectual game "Brain Ring" was organized for Field Force employees by the HR team.

During the master class, the employees mastered simple, but effective and expressive drawing techniques. Collaborative creative work helped to better see and discover completely new facets of employees. Each employee felt like a real artist. During the corporate master class, an effective team was created to implement creative projects.

After creative work, the employees were divided into teams for the intellectual game "Brain Ring". The goal of each team was to score the maximum number of points by answering the questions correctly. To win, team members had to learn how to collectively make decisions, listen and hear their teammates, and not forget about the limited time at each stage of the game. The game ended with the awarding of the winners.

Trip to the Charyn Canyon and Lake Kolsai.

An excursion to the Charyn Canyon and Lake Kolsai was organized for the office staff.

Charyn Canyon and Kolsai Lake are two spectacular natural sites located in the Almaty region.

Charyn Canyon is a unique geological formation created by the Charyn River. This canyon impresses with its high winding walls and beautiful cliffs reaching a height of up to 300 meters. Charyn Canyon is also famous for its sand dunes, which create a unique landscape. Our employees enjoyed walking along the canyon, admiring its majestic beauty.

Lake Kolsai is located in the mountains of the Trans-Ili Alatau and is known for its bright blue and clear waters. It consists of three lakes, each with a unique charm and beautiful waterfalls. Kolsai creates an impressive and fabulous view that attracts many tourists and nature lovers from all over the world. 

Arriving at the lake, the employees had the pleasure to ride boats and catamarans, enjoyed the beautiful view and, of course, had a photo session.

On the ways to the sights and back, the guides told the history of Kazakhstan in a fascinating way, focusing on the Almaty region, held a quiz, where our employees showed off their knowledge and erudition.
