Industrial tour to the contract area of KAZPETROL GROUP LLP.

AKF PIT, operating under the Tech Garden brand, launched tours to industrial enterprises of subsoil users with the participation of IT residents of the SIMP technology platform in order to get acquainted with the production processes of an industrial enterprise in the field of oil production with the possibility of introducing digital solutions as part of R&D financing.

The first industrial tour was carried out to our contract area.

Upon arrival at the contract territory of Kazpetrol Group, the participants of the industrial tour were met by the technical director - Abibullaev Talgat Kuanyshbayevich, the head of the production and technical department - Demesinov Eldar Nurbolatovich, the leading process engineer - Ungarov Rakhat Pobedovich, the head of the field - Zalikhov Dastan Rustamuly, the programmer - Aidarov Sabit Rashidovich and Engineer PB, OT, GO and Emergencies Tazhenov Nurlan Temirovich.

After the safety briefing, a tour of the shift camp was organized, during which the life of workers and engineering and technical personnel was studied. Further, according to the program, the group visited BPS-3, well No. 21 Kairkeldy North, BPS-2, Oil preparation point Kairgeldy South, BKNS, Kairgeldy South power unit, PS and chemical reagents warehouse. The organization of the process of production and preparation of commercial oil for sale was shown, the needs for the implementation of control systems for industrial equipment were studied in depth, with the opportunity to discuss the prospects for cooperation in terms of digital re-equipment of the field.

It was also implemented as part of the development of R&D, as a result of which we received a well-designed project for the construction of the RPM system. In general, we continue to cooperate in the context of the digitalization of the field. As I said, digitalization is already provided for in EPC contracts: sensors, thermometers, local information collection systems with further introduction into the global architectural scheme of the project. I am sure that this will raise the level of our company to a new stage of development”, - commented Abibullaev Talgat, Technical Director of Kazpetrol Group LLP.
