Letter to Santa
The "Letter to Santa" project is a little more than just a holiday.
This year, our company once again held its traditional pre-New Year's "Letter to Santa" project, but with a special, especially warm meaning. Instead of the classic format of gifts and toys, we decided to infuse a little care and genuine help into the lives of those who truly need it—special children.
The project was implemented in partnership with the Regional Department of Social Welfare (Oblsobes). Through our joint efforts, we identified 25 children with special needs, to whom we tried to give not only a New Year's spirit but also practical support.
Our company employees responded enthusiastically to the initiative: they raised funds to give each family cash instead of standard gifts. This was done with the intention of allowing parents to decide for themselves what their child needs most right now.
In addition, we prepared sweet New Year's gifts for each child—so that the magic of the holiday remains, just as it should have in childhood. We would like to express our special gratitude to our volunteers:
• Ruslan Rakhmanberdi
• Galymzhan Tungyshbaev
• Meiramkul Khodjashova
As well as to our partners from the Regional Social Security Office:
• Gulshat Abdikalova, Head of the Department for Work with People with Disabilities
• Nazerka Przhanova, Department Methodologist
And, of course, a special thank you to the drivers, without whom the aid simply would not have reached its recipients on time. These are our esteemed employees of the OrdaStroiService: Nurzhan Bekpenbetov and Nurbek Mustakulov.
This project has become a reminder for us: magic isn't always a fairy tale. Sometimes it's simply kindness, attention, and concern. And perhaps it's precisely these acts that make the New Year truly bright.
The families who received support through the project express their sincere gratitude to everyone who participated. For them, this isn't just material assistance—it's a sign that they're remembered and that they're not alone.
They are sending their warmest words to you, our kind and responsive staff: thank you for your care, your compassion, and your kind hearts. In gratitude, they wish you and your loved ones health, prosperity, warmth, and great success in the new year.
Happy New Year 2026—may it be bright and joyful for us all!
